Veggie Boudin Blanc
Veggie sausage based on local oyster mushrooms. Flavored to perfection with onions and parsley. Tastes like a real boudin blanc, but contains no meat. The oyster mushrooms provide a delicious portion of umami. Very recognizable in taste, but so much better for the planet. The sausages are surrounded by a plastic cover that must be removed before baking. After peeling, the sausage is ready to bake.
